Welcome to the Centre for Excellence in Therapeutic Care Online Learning Community and Knowledge Bank

The Centre for Excellence in Therapeutic Care is funded by the NSW Department of Family and Community Services and is run by the Australian Childhood Foundation in partnership with Southern Cross University.

The Learning Community has a LIBRARY of especially curated content that translates various forms of knowledge (research evidence, cultural knowledge, practice experience, voices of young people) to resource the practice of those who care and support young people living in the Intensive Therapeutic Care system in NSW. The content you find here has been exclusively curated, co-ordinated and developed for personnel working in ITC Agencies in NSW. At the moment, access is only provided to staff employed in ITC Agencies.

If you are one of those staff working in the ITC Agencies and are not able to sign in, please contact your Manager who will assist you with login details and procedures.

We are currently building other online communities and knowledge libraries about trauma informed practice, parenting education and support, and safeguarding children for professionals working across a range of settings.

If you are not a staff member of an ITC Agency and would like to find out more about these communities and how to access them as they are established, or want more information about the Centre for Excellence in Therapeutic Care, please complete the online form below.

If you want more information about the Centre for Excellence in Out of Home Care, fill out the form below to contact us.
